uPVC Rooflines
Typically consists of fascia, soffits, bargeboards and cladding which combined form the area immediately below and around the roof and the eaves of your home. Traditionally these would have been made from wood, but for reasons ranging from durability and the British climate to regular maintenance costs these are now typically made of maintenance free UPVC plastic.

Fascias & Soffits

Our fascias are strong, well-built and attractive. The interlocking construction of the fascia boards allows them to be securely fitted at a right angle to the soffits.
They are durable, resilient and offer strong support for the guttering. You can choose classic white or one of our other natural looking colour choices to complement the appearance of your building.
Well-ventilated soffits are important because they allow air to flow freely throughout the roof space and around timbers to prevent condensation build-up, a primary cause of rot in roof structure supports. We make sure our soffits are ventilated in full compliance with building regulations.

Guttering & Downpipes

Well-made guttering and downpipes are vital to the longevity of your roof; when functioning properly they protect your home from water damage and keep it looking like new season after season.
Our guttering and downpipes are made with the most advanced materials, designed to stay strong and resilient for many years without the rust and cracking that traditional guttering and downpipes are known for.
When our guttering expert visits your home in, he or she will take accurate measurements and record all details regarding your guttering replacement requirements in order to provide you with an accurate, custom quotation for your project.
We will fit your new guttering with precision and attention to detail, taking care to install secure brackets and long-lasting seals. This will ensure the proper flow of water so you won’t need to worry about your home sustaining water damage due to blocked downpipes or overflowing gutters.
Bargeboard Installation

Attractive, high quality bargeboards add the finishing touch to your roof trim. They also serve as a shield, protecting your home’s exterior from the damaging effects of harsh weather.
Our bargeboards are a good-looking and maintenance-free alternative to wood. Once you’ve chosen the colour that best complements your building, our roof trim experts will ensure a precise fit and secure the boards with high quality, durable stainless steel pins. Your new bargeboards are guaranteed to remain strong and attractive for years to come.

Cladding Repair & Fitting

Once wood cladding has begun to decay and deteriorate, restoring and maintaining its appearance becomes an ongoing problem. Our high quality cladding is every bit as attractive as wood, but without the inherent maintenance difficulties.
Our cladding is made from durable, weather resistant materials and is virtually maintenance free. In fact, our white cladding has a life expectancy of at least twenty years.
The tongue and groove construction lends a classic look to your home. And cleaning is easy, requiring only the occasional wipe down to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Step By Step Guide
New Roof Installation
Surveying Your Roof
The first step towards a beautiful new roof installation is when you call us for a free, no obligation roof inspection. Our experienced roof installers will conduct a thorough survey to evaluate the best type of roof to protect your home. We will discuss the various options from a new pitched roof, flat roof, fibre glass roof or other in order to give you all possible options. Once the survey is complete, we will give you a quotation so you can make an informed decision about the type of roof we will be installing in your home.
The final decision to proceed with your new roof installation rests entirely with you. Our knowledgeable staff will be available to answer your questions or address any concerns you may have – without any sales pressure whatsoever.
Access Equipment
Strict adherence to safety regulations is vital with any roof installation project. We use specially designed access equipment to ensure the safe and proficient installation of your Roofline products.
Roof Preparation
Before beginning work on your roof, our installation team will carry out a comprehensive safety assessment to ensure that there are no safety or health concerns.
Next, we will spare no detail when preparing your roof and home. We will take care to cover and protect any exposed areas such as your flower beds, lawn, driveway, patio, conservatory and decking with sheets of PVC.
We will carefully repair or replace any cracked or broken roof tiles, replace broken pointing and restore and seal the lead flashing. These repairs are included in the total cost of your roof restoration.
Gutters and drains will be covered or disconnected to avoid any blockages during and after the cleaning process.
Asbestos Removal
If there is any indication of the presence of asbestos, our surveyor will send a sample of the material in question to be analysed in an approved laboratory.
If the material is found to be asbestos insulation board, the next step is to have it removed by a specialty contractor who is licensed by the HSE.
Any asbestos waste will then be disposed of properly, in full compliance with safety standards set forth in the Special Waste Regulations.
Installing Proper Ventilation
Without correct installed ventilation in your home, attics trap warm, moist air and cause a host of problems. This air can cause wood to rot or warp and it can mean that on a hot day, even as the air conditioning blasts, the attic is working against it to keep hot air in. At the same time, too much ventilation, or ventilation in the wrong places, will allow too much air to leave the house, making the air conditioning and heating systems far less efficient.
Installing Your Roof
The process of installing your new roof will be unique to the type of roof you choose.
The process is difficult to explain in detail here, but as a rough guide, a pitched roof will take the longest amount of time, whereas a fibre glass roof will take the shortest. This does not necessarily mean any difference in quality as all our roof installations come with a 6 year peace of mind guarantee.
The Clean Up
Once your roof restoration is complete, our crew will clear away all waste materials and ensure that your property is left in pristine condition.
We will check gutters and downpipes to be sure they are free from blockage and are water tight.
Your windows, patios, driveway and paths will be washed down and swept clean. All debris will be removed from the site and disposed of, so all you have to do is admire your beautiful new roof.
Our Guarantee of Satisfaction
You can place the utmost confidence in our products and services because our work and the materials we use are the highest quality you will find. That is why we’re able to provide a full, ten-year guarantee on all our products and services.
